Vivien Yap slides into a world suspended in a plague-ridden limbo with her second single, ‘Loved Again’. A song about the wistful pining and frivolous romanticisation of a long distance relationship, ‘Loved Again’ is the next addition to Vivien’s latest volume of love songs. 

If her previous single ‘The Spot’ was a melodramatic and dreamy pop-lullaby, ‘Loved Again’ is its mature (albeit not wiser), laid-back follow-up. Toeing the line between lo-fi and the singer-songwriter trope, Vivien’s latest single is a soft pop song which gives us all an excuse to indulge in our most childish fantasies of falling in love.
